and updated version,
aligned with ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS Sixth Edition (2008), that is available now.
It includes:

- Extracts from ICD-10-AM Sixth Edition alphabetic index of diseases with additional, specialised entries not included in ICD-10-AM
